4) Ballistic Pause Jumps (2 x 4-5)
5) Drop Jumps (4 x 3-4)
6) Overcoming ISOs (3-4 x 2-4 secs)
7) Kneeling Jumps (3-4 x 4-5)
8) Seated Jumps (3-4 x 4-5)
Jump Circuit:
9) Tuck Jumps (20 secs)
